White Cotton Tank: The Versatile Unisex Look for Hot Months
I love basics. And I love white. So it’s no surprise that white staples are my go-to during the warmer months in Hong Kong (let’s be realistic, that’s most months of the year). From breezy broderie dresses to crisp denim paired with rattan and a sun-kissed glow, white will forever be in style.
I picked up this white tank last year, and I’ve been wearing it on repeat this spring. I love my staple white tees, but sometimes it’s so hot outside you can’t fathom putting anything on with sleeves.
Having a 100% cotton tank means it’s incredibly light and breathable, perfect for icky weather. And I love its muscle silhouette: a high curved neckline and a relaxed boxy shape. Just throw on your favourite pair of straight leg jeans or mom denim shorts, and you’re ready to go with an effortless unisex look.
It’s versatile too – I topped it off with white mules and my favourite vegan leather bag to keep the palette simple. But you can switch them out for heeled sandals and a dressier handbag for a date night look. Or throw on a blazer over it, and none will be the wiser that you’re wearing a tank underneath.
